Chef Bren Herrera’s charcuterie board is full of flavors that include some traditional favorites like grapes and wine.

Ingredients

  • Charcuterie Ingredients
  • 1 block Manchego, ½ thinly sliced for board
  • 1 block 18 month old cheddar, cut or slice as desired
  • 1 wheel or square Camembert
  • 1 block Gouda in red wax
  • ½ cup sweet Peppers, drained
  • ½ cup olives of your choice
  • 1 8 oz jar fig jam
  • ½ cup marcona Almonds
  • 1 bunch green grapes, on the vine
  • 1 cup dried mango
  • 8 ounces Canadian smoked salmon
  • 1 cup spicy beef jerky
  • 1 box gourmet crackers
  • Fresh thyme for garnish
  • Edible flowers for garnish

Instructions

Assemble the charcuterie board with all of the gorgeous and delicious items. You can place some items into small dishes or plates. Mix and match any of these items with others you may have in your pantry and fridge. Make it beautiful and garnish with fresh thyme and edible flowers. Enjoy with bubbly!
