Chocolate Molten Cakes With Whipped Cream Recipe
Paired perfectly with a sparkling Italian red wine, these molten lava cakes will satisfy any chocolate craving.
Ingredients
- 4 Molten Lava Cakes (store-bought)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Instructions
In a medium bowl whisk together heavy cream and powdered sugar until medium peaks form. You can use a handheld blender or a stand mixer if you don’t want to whisk by hand. Warm the molten lava cakes in a microwave (optional). Serve the whipped cream with the molten lava cakes and sparkling Italian red wine.
