The next stop for Keke Palmer will be Saturday Night Live, where she will make her hosting debut for the award-winning, iconic comedy sketch show.

The Nope actress revealed on Instagram that she will host the episode of the show on December 3rd, with SZA serving as the special musical guest, she said.

“I can’t wait,” Keke exclaimed. “The stage awaits @nbcsnl 😍😍”

Palmer, who just appeared in Jordan Peele’s third film, tweeted to fans on Twitter that her fans have been begging her to make an appearance on SNL for some time.

“Y’all got y’alls wish… guess whole hosting @nbcsnl? I’m so excited for usss yalllllll, couldn’t do it without you ❤️😆,” the 29-year-old actress tweeted.

SZA recently hinted that she was working on a new project called PSA. She posted a confirmation on her social media pages about the announcement of her upcoming SNL musical performance.

“Can’t believe this is happening lmao,” the 33-year-old singer wrote. “I plan on acting a f—— fool. See you soon, New York.”

This year, the Top Dawg Entertainment artist released her eagerly anticipated single “Shirt” in October.

Although the R&B singer hasn’t put out a studio album since her 2017 album CTRL, she has released five singles in that time, including her solo song “I Hate U” in 2021.

A Grammy for Best Pop/Duo Group Performance went to Doja Cat and SZA for the song “Kiss Me More” earlier this year.
