It’s Valentine’s Day, love is in the air, and the slow jams are on repeat!

Nothing is more beautiful than hearing love songs to set the mood.

Whether you decide to blast Miguel or Beyonce, it’s time to play music that puts you in the loving spirit. We’ve got you covered if you don’t have any idea what songs to play for yourself or for your boo.

We caught up with some artists on the GRAMMYS red carpet and asked them for their 2 cents. Check it out below!

1. “Love on Top” by Beyonce

To start the special day off right, what better way to start by blasting “Love on Top” by the one and only Beyonce?!

Inspired by her portrayal of Etta James, the Queen Bey gave us a classic bop that we can dedicate to our boos on days like Valentine’s Day.

2. “Adorn” by Miguel

Now if you know us, then you know that CLEO TV looooves anything that Miguel drops!

“Adorn” by the sultry singer lets us into his subconscious in the beginning of the track, allowing us to see what visions of women he finds attractive. However, with all the various women that appears into his subconscious there’s only one that he wants to love.

If you’ve been trying to find love, and have similar scenarios play in your mind, today is the perfect day to let your special person know how you feel!

3. “No One” by Alicia Keys

Wheeww chile!

“No One” by the musical genius Alicia Keys will forever be a mood!

Alicia Keys perfectly encapsulates how it feels to have a special person in your life that you’ll always love no matter what.

This 2007 classic will always get us in our bag. So, if you have a special person that you love no matter what, today is the perfect day to blast it!

4. “Boo’d Up”

Throughout the summer of 2016, all we played was Ella Mai’s first single “Boo’d Up!” And we couldn’t wait to be boo’d up after hearing the single.

Ella does an amazing job of displaying what it’s like to be with someone and feeling on top of the world, while spending time with her special person.

5.  “Be Without You” Mary J. Blige

You know we love us some Mary J. Blige, and what kind of list would this be if we left her off?!

“Be Without You” is the perfect song to play on this Valentine’s Day if you’ve been with an astonishing partner.

If you have a partner you want to shout out, and make feel special play this.

6. “Best Part” by Daniel Caesar ft. H.E.R.

Although this song is only 4-years old, “Best Part” by Daniel Caesar featuring H.E.R. is already a classic in our book!

With both of their beautiful voices, Daniel Caesar and H.E.R. do a phenomenal job of embodying what it’s like to truly, and unconditionally value and love your significant other.

7. “Love” by Musiq Soulchild

If you’re a fan of R&B, then you know Musiq Soulchild gave us a classic love song when “Love” was released.

Where can we begin? From the captivating lyrics to Mr. Musiq Soulchild’s vocals, “Love” just does something to us and we know that if you play this song for your lover they’ll feel the same.

8. “The Way” by Jill Scott

The phenomenal Jill Scott did her thing when she dropped this one.

Ms. Jilly from Philly made us feel so confident to be in love with “The Way” and we can’t thank her enough!
