Spring is on the horizon and you might be thinking about dying your hair. If you’re natural, the integrity of your curls might caution you from adding some color, but this black-owned hair color company has got your back. Calore Color is a collection of semi-permanent hair dyes that are 100% vegan & cruelty-free, which means it’s super safe, and you can switch up your hue as much as you want to.

According to The Shade Room, the Atlanta-based business was started by three black entrepreneurs under the age of 30. “I’ve worked hard for a year with my two business partners and our chemist to find the perfect formula! I was able to test the color on my celeb clients,” said one of the founders, Ty. “And now, [I] can’t wait to see it out in the world!”

Notable names like Tiny, Shauna Brooks and the Clermont Twins swear by the line, too.

Look at these beautiful shades! It’s made by people like you, for you, sis, so it’ll absolutely compliment your melanin.
