Teyana Taylor is red-hot—again! The multihyphenate icon made a show-stopping appearance at the American Heart Association’s 2025 Red Dress Collection Concert on Jan. 30, turning heads while raising awareness for heart health.

In true “Rose in Harlem” fashion, Teyana made sure all eyes were on her as she hit the red carpet. When it comes to fashion, confidence, and impact, Teyana understands the assignment every time.
She rocked a sultry, burlesque-inspired gown by Nicole and Felicia Couture. The deep crimson velvet bodice, laced up the back to perfection, accentuated her sculpted arms, while the hip-hugging rose mermaid skirt displayed her natural curves.

Teyana’s Red Fashion Statement Raises Awareness About Heart Disease
Teyana wasn’t just there to slay—she was there to make a statement. The annual Red Dress Collection Concert raises awareness and funds for heart disease prevention, a cause that disproportionately affects Black women.
“Thank you @american_heart and @goredforwomen for the honor to be part of the Red Dress Collection concert & fashion show tonight!!” she shared on Instagram.
Following the event, she reinforced why conversations about heart health should continue. “The conversation on women’s health is still just beginning, and I’m hopeful for a future where every woman can live a long, healthy life,” she wrote in her caption.
The statistics are alarming. Heart disease and stroke remain the “No. 1 killers” of women, with Black women facing even greater risks. Studies show that we are less likely than our white counterparts to be aware that heart disease is our leading cause of death—and that lack of awareness can be deadly.
