In a move we totally saw coming, Kamala Harris has announced her bid for President of United States.
In an epic confirmation, she released a video on Monday, January 21, a day most of the world celebrates the birth of Martin Luther King, Jr. Watch!
Shortly after announcing her run, she sat down with Robin Roberts and George Stephanopoulos on Good Morning America to reveal why the time to run is now. “I feel a sense of responsibility to stand up and fight for the best of who we are.” Take a look at the interview below.
And while we’re all seemingly excited about the possibility of our first Black woman president, there are those that don’t necessarily share the same sentiment.
