Drake or Champagne Papi depending on how you’re feeling, is not giving up on finding someone “Ayesha enough” to love.
This past summer ABC 7 helicopters swooped in on the OVO artist while he was on a seemingly romantic dinner date with Johanna Leia at Dodgers Stadium.
We all watched as the “6 God” showered, Johanna Leia’s son, rising basketball star Amari Bailey with dope gifts and offered some “fatherly advice” on fame. The Nice For What rapper even attended his basketball games with friend Michael B. Jordan.
While Drake, who is notoriously private, never confirmed or denied that he and Leia were an item, for the public it appeared credible.
And it seemed like he was all but off the market until…his 35th birthday party in Los Angeles, where Amari’s mom wasn’t present.
Instead, he’s dating a Miami-based, Canadian-born woman who allegedly had him serenaded with an Arabic zaffa, a musical procession of dancers, singers, drummer, and horn players, by the Palestinian-Canadian dabke Al-Asala Dabke Group.
Though the relationship may have fizzled, Johanna Leia seems Omarion level unbothered by her newfound singleness.
The 30-something mother-of-two posted a sultry video of herself on Instagram amid rumors of the breakup.
Regardless of whether it was an amicable split or not, the Way 2 Sexy rapper retains the crown for “Certified Lover Boy” of the year.
He’s been romantically linked to Rihanna, Serena Williams, and Rashida Jones in the past.
