Double congratulations are in order for Jodie Turner-Smith and Joshua Jackson!
Not only did the two recently get married, but they’re also expecting their first child together. People Magazine confirmed on Friday that the couple recently tied the knot. The same day, on Friday, Us Weekly confirmed that the Queen & Slim star, 33, is expecting her first child with Dawson’s Creek and When They See Us actor, Joshua Jackson, 41.
The news comes months after the two appeared to have obtained a marriage license in Beverly Hills in August, according to the Daily Mail. The outlet posted an image of the couple smiling while Turner-Smith held a manila envelope in her hand.

In November, the two sparked marriage rumors when they were spotted at the premiere of the Queen & Slim at Los Angeles’ AFI Fest. Turner-Smith was spotted with a diamond ring on her left ring finger while Jackson wore a gold band on his left ring finger.

The newlyweds reportedly started dating in late 2018. According to Us Weekly, in October, the couple was spotted together at Usher’s 40th birthday party and “were all over each other” and gazing into each other’s eyes as they danced together the whole night.” A month later, they were spotted holding hands n Los Angeles.
