Lizzo may have said goodbye, temporarily, to Twitter, but she’s still making moves.

The singer, who’s currently on tour in Australia, took a break from performing to lend a helping hand to people displaced by the bushfire crisis in Australia. Lizzo visited a local food bank, in Melbourne, Victoria, to help pack food hampers in the warehouse.

Victoria and New South Wales are currently the worst affected states. Officials said almost 2,000 homes had been destroyed in Australia’s bushfire crisis, and crews are preparing for worsening conditions. Last week, authorities sent 250,000 texts to people in bushfire-affected areas asking them to evacuate.

“Oh my God, Lizzo is literally out here helping pack food hampers for Australian bushfire victims in the middle of her tour,” a fan tweeted along with photos of the singer volunteering at the food bank.

Foodbank Australia posted on Instagram that Lizzo thanked the volunteer staff at the warehouse who’ve been “working tirelessly for the past six days.”

“What a ⭐️ she even packed hampers for fire-affected regions. Thank you for the support 🙌🏼,” the post continued.

Lizzo is currently touring in Australia and performed at the Sydney Opera House earlier this week.

The singer, who’s been the subject of recent attacks on social media, decided to take a mental break from Twitter. But, while on tour in Australia, she shared with fans, in an Instagram post, that her “confidence is coming back.”
