Instructions

Ingredients:

2 slabs of ribs

Salt(totaste)

2 bulbs Roasted garlic (see steps below)

½ tbs White pepper

1 tsp Onion powder

1 tsp Garlic powder

½ tbs Seasoning salt

2 tsp black Pepper

1 cup of mustard

Ingredients for Kicked-Up BBQ Sauce:

1 16 oz bottle of BBQ sauce

1 tbs Mustard

3 tbs Mayo

¼ cup Brown sugar

¼ tsp Cayenne pepper

¼ tsp Cinnamon

Method for Kicked-Up BBQ Sauce:

Using a large bowl, add the BBQ sauce, ¼ cup of brown sugar,1 tablespoon of mustard, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, ½ tablespoon of garlic powder, ½tablespoon of onion powder, ¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper, ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon, and mix well.

Method for Roasted Garlic:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Slice off the top of the head of garlic.
  3. Coat with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Wrap the whole bulb of garlic in foil and place it in a shallow baking dish.
  5. Put in the oven for40–60 minutes until golden and soft. Let cool, then squeeze out the garlic cloves and use them to season the ribs.

Method for Ribs (Ms.E’s Version)

  1. Lay ribs on a sheet pan. Season ribs with onion powder, garlic powder, white pepper, seasoning salt, and roasted garlic. Rub the ingredients all over the ribs.
  2. Next, add salt and pepper, and pat the seasoning on the ribs to make sure it sticks.
  3. Repeat this process for both sides.
  4. Place seasoned ribs in the oven at 350° for one hour.

Method for Ribs (Tamar’sVersion)

  1. Generously coat the ribs with mustard on both sides.
  2. Next season, both sides with onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Place seasoned ribs in the oven at 350° for one hour
