4 tablespoons (½ stick) salted butter
12 garlic cloves, halved lengthwise
24 pearl onions
8 fresh rosemary sprigs
Season the steaks with salt and pepper on each side.
Heat a large cast-iron pan over medium-high heat. Once the skillet is hot, add the steaks. Then add the butter, garlic, pearl onions, and rosemary.
Let the steaks get golden brown on each side until cooked to desired internal temperature.
