Instructions
Ingredients:
Brussels Sprouts
1lb. of Fried Bacon
2 tbsp Butter
½ cup Honey
¼ tsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Avocado oil
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Method:
- Cut Brussels sprouts in half and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the skillet over medium-high heat and coat it with avocado oil. Add the butter and allow it to melt.
- Add the Brussels sprouts to the pan and stir. Add a little water to the pan so the Brussels sprouts can steam and get soft. Put a lid on top of the pan and allow it to cook for 5 to 6minutes.
- Add cinnamon and mix well. Add honey, stir, and remove from the heat. Add crumbled fried bacon on top.
