- 1 ½ cups of heavy whipping cream
- 2 tsp of chicken bouillon powder
- 4 slices of toasted white bread
- 3 lbs. of boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 cups of frozen mixed vegetables

- Add chicken bouillon base to the pan and mix. Add onions and pepper to the pan and mix well until they begin to soften. (add more olive oil if needed)
- Add the flour and butter and mix well. Season the flour and butter mixture with salt and pepper and continue to mix.

- Place toast in the toaster and set on medium; once toast is done, place on a place and cut in half. Lay chicken, vegetables, and gravy mixture on top of the toast and serve.
