1 ½ tablespoons cayenne pepper
1 ½ cups vinegar
5 heads garlic, cut in half
2 large white onions, cut in half
2 quarts button mushrooms, cleaned
4 large artichokes, cleaned and leaves trimmed
5 ears corn cut in thirds
3 pounds red potatoes, quartered
2 pounds turkey kielbasa, cut into large chunks
1 bunch green asparagus
10 pounds crawfish
Fill a 24-quart stock pot with perforated attachment or basket with water and add crab boil seasoning, crab boil liquid, salt to season water (you want it to taste like the ocean), cayenne pepper, vinegar, garlic, white onions, mushrooms, artichokes, corn, red potatoes, and turkey kielbasa, and cover the pot with a lid.
Boil the ingredients for about 20-30 minutes.
After 20- 30 minutes, add the asparagus, crawfish, more cayenne pepper if you prefer, and cook for 10-15 minutes more covered with a lid.
Drain the crawfish boil liquid from the ingredients in the inner perforated attachment or basket.
Pour the crawfish boil ingredients out on top of the newspaper and eat!
