Cuban Sandwhich

Ingredients

  • ½ lb. sliced swiss cheese
  • ½ lb. sliced ham
  • ½ lb. sliced pork tenderloin
  • 2 6 inch dill pickles thinly sliced
  • 1 12 inch wide loaf of French or Italian bread
  • .
  • For Sandwich Spread:
  • 2 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • ¼ pickle relish
  • 2 Tablespoon whole grain Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon horseradish
  • ½ Tablespoon smoked paprika

Instructions

Combine all ingredients for the sandwich spread in a bowl and mix until everything is evenly blended and set aside. Turn the sandwich press on medium and coat with olive oil. Use a frying pan over medium heat, if you do not have a sandwich press. Spread the sandwich spread on both sides of the bread, build the sandwich, start with laying out the cheese, the pork tenderloin and the ham. Next add the Pickles and repeat with another layer of cheese, pork tenderloin and ham close the sandwich place on the sandwich press and or grillfor6-8minutes until all the cheese is melted and the sandwich is heated completely through. Serve along with some chips or already made to stones. Enjoy!
