Ingredients
- 2 cups of ginger beer
- 1/4 cup juice from fresh ground ginger
- 1/2 cup cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1 cup lemonade
- 3 tablespoons EssieSpice TamarindOH! sauce
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- 2-star anise
- 4 sticks of grains of Selim
- 4 cloves
- Rum
- Lemon and lime slices for garnish
Instructions
- Roast all spices in a hot pan until you start to smell and see a bit of oil.
- Mix all liquid ingredients and add the spices.
- Strain spices from the mixture and pour into serving jar/jug.
- Add lemon/lime slices and ice as needed.
- Add rum to kick the cocktail up a notch.
