Heirloom Tomato Salad recipe, Just Eats ep. 534

  • 3 large heirloom tomatoes cut into quarters
  • 1⁄2 tsp salt
  • Cracked black pepper (to taste)
  • 8 ounce ball of fresh mozzarella diced into bite size pieces
  • 16 ounce pkg of wild arugula
  • 12 oz jar of pesto


  1. Place tomatoes on a plate and season with salt to bring out the juice and set aside.
  2. On a large platter lay out the arugula and drizzle the pesto onto the bed of arugula. Next, lay the tomatoes on top of the salad. Sprinkle crumbled walnuts on the salad, add the diced mozzarella onto the salad. Drizzle more pesto onto the salad. Season with cracked black pepper and serve.
