Instructions

Ingredients:

  • ½ stick of butter
  • 1 tbs Avocado oil
  • 2 lbs. broccolini
  • ½ tbsp lemon pepper
  • 1 whole lemon (skinned)
  • Salt (to taste)

Method:

  1. Place a skillet over medium-high heat and coat it with oil and butter. Allow the butter to melt all the way down.
  2. Add the broccolini to the pan and season with the lemon pepper. Allow the cook down for 3-4 minutes and add the lemon skin. Simmer for 2-3 more minutes and serve.
  3. Season with salt to taste if needed
