Limoncello | Just Eats with Chef JJ

Limoncello

Ingredients

2 cups crushed ice
4 oz vodka
4 oz limoncello
1 lg lemon (2 oz fresh lemon juice squeezed)
2 tbs simple syrup

Instructions

Place the crushed ice into a cocktail shaker.
Add the vodka, limoncello, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
Shake mixture for 5- 10 seconds until the shaker gets frosty.
Pour cocktail mixture into 5 oz martini glasses using a strainer to hold back the ice.
Garnish with a slice of lemon and enjoy.
