Mini Cheesecake Assortment: Plain, Raspberry Sauce, And Fig Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
- Cheesecake Filling Ingredients
- 32 ounces full fat cream cheese
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 ¼ teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 drops lemon oil

- Graham Cracker Crust Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ tablespoon sugar
- 8 tablespoons butter, soft
- 2 egg whites
- Raspberry Jam & Fig Jam for topping
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Heat a large cast-iron pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and once it gets hot, add garlic, dried basil, chili flakes, paprika, granulated garlic, and granulated onion and stir to toast. Add half of the parsley and rosemary and mix into the seasonings. Season with salt as well.
