- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup pineapple, diced
- 1 cup cantaloupe, diced
- 1 cup honeydew, diced
- 1 cup strawberries, diced
- Small bunch mint
- Coat a large bowl with half of the honey.
- Mix the fruit, along with the mint. Make sure you smack the mint between your hands to release their oils.
- Drizzle the remaining honey on top of the fruit and mix to combine and serve.
