Sauteed Cabbage with Turkey Bacon | New Soul Kitchen Remix

Instructions
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lb. turkey bacon, cut into ½ inch pieces
- 1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1 medium bell pepper cut into strips
- 1 head medium green cabbage, shredded
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon crush red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Kosher salt
- Cracked black pepper
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
Method:
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the turkey bacon and cook until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add the bell peppers, cabbage, onions and minced garlic and sauté until translucent, 3-4 minutes.
- While the cabbage begins to wilt, add kosher salt, black pepper the crushed red pepper flakes, onion powder, and garlic powder and vinegar.
- Sauté the mixture until the cabbage is tender, 6-8 minutes and serve
