Sauteed Lemon Pepper Asparagus

Instructions

Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 bunches asparagus, root ends trimmed and washed thoroughly
  • 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • Kosher salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper
Method:
  1. Set a large deep, non-stick pan over medium heat and add the olive oil.
  2. Once the pan and oil are hot, add the asparagus to the pan trying to keep them in a single layer.
  3. Season the asparagus with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1⁄2 teaspoon of fresh ground black pepper and about 1 1⁄2 teaspoons of lemon pepper seasoning.
  4. Sauté and stir for 3-4 minutes then remove from the heat and plate on a platter to serve with the oxtails.
