Sauteed Lemon Pepper Asparagus | New Soul Kitchen

Instructions
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 bunches asparagus, root ends trimmed and washed thoroughly
- 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- Kosher salt
- Fresh ground black pepper
- Set a large deep, non-stick pan over medium heat and add the olive oil.
- Once the pan and oil are hot, add the asparagus to the pan trying to keep them in a single layer.
- Season the asparagus with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1⁄2 teaspoon of fresh ground black pepper and about 1 1⁄2 teaspoons of lemon pepper seasoning.
- Sauté and stir for 3-4 minutes then remove from the heat and plate on a platter to serve with the oxtails.
