Seared Branzino | Just Eats with Chef JJ

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. of branzino fillets with skin on
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Place a cast iron pan or a skillet with olive oil over medium heat.
- Place three shallow cuts on the skin of the fish. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Place fish onto the hot skillet or grill pan and cook for 2 minutes until the skin is crispy. Turn the fish over and cook for another 2 minutes and serve.
