Sweetened Fried Plantains

Ingredients
- Sweetened Fried Plantains
- 4 ripened plantains, cut on a bias
- Vegetable or grapeseed oil for frying

Instructions
Heat a large cast iron skillet or heavy bottom skillet with enough oil for frying. The oil should reach 350 degrees. Gently place the plantain slices into the oil and fry until golden brown. You can turn them halfway through to cook evenly. Drain on a plate lined with paper towel and enjoy!
