The Braxton Burger | Cooking Sessions

Instructions
Ingredients for Burger Sauce:- ¼ cup of ketchup
- ½ cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp relish
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Pinch of black pepper
- First, mix the mayonnaise and ketchup together in a small bowl.
- Add the onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper and mix well. Sit in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- 1lb. of ground beef.
- 2 extra-large onions cut into ½ inch slices (using the larger middle section of the onion)
- ¼teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of pepper
- ½teaspoon of onion powder
- ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon of seasoned salt
- ¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon of parsley
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 slices of cheese
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- Place ground beef in a bowl and mix all in all dry spices and seasonings and mix until ground beef and spices are evenly blended. Next form patties approximately 3 inches wide and set aside.
- Coat skillet with olive oil and place over medium high heat; once skillet is hot, place patties in the skillet and cook for 3-4minutes on each side
- Place cheese slices on top of the burgers in the skillet and remove skillet from the heat.
- Place another skillet over medium high heat. Place onions in the ½ cup of water. Simmer and steam for 3-4 minutes making sure onions do not get too soft and still hold their form. Remove from the heat and place steamed onions on a plate and season with salt and pepper. Now, build your burger.
- Place one cheeseburger on top of the onion, adds auce, then place another cheeseburger on top, add more sauce and place an onion ring on top and enjoy the no bun burger.
