Turkey Burger Sliders | Just Eats with Chef JJ

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground turkey
- 4 oz block parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1tbs chili flakes
- 1tbs smoked paprika
- 1⁄2 tbs poultry seasoning
- 5 cloves of garlic for grating
- 2 tbs mayonnaise
- 2 medium shallots for grating
- 2 tbs chopped parsley
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pkg of potato bread slider rolls
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Sliced tomatoes
- Sweet pickles
- Red onion thinly sliced
- Japanese BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Whisk egg and parsley in a bowl, add salt, pepper, smoked paprika, chili flakes, and poultry season.
- Next grate the garlic and shallots into the bowl and mix all ingredients well. Add the 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, grate parmesan cheese into the bowl.
- Add the Turkey into the bowl and mix well until all ingredients are incorporated
- Generously coat a baking pan with butter and place slider buns top side down in thebaking dish.
- Next spread the butter on the inside of the buns that are facing up, cover baking pan withfoil and place in the oven at 350° for 5 minutes.
- Spoon out four ounces of Turkey meat and make individual small patties place patties ina hot skillet or grill pan and cook for three to four minutes on each side place a teaspoon of BBQ sauce on top of the patties while they're still in the pan.
- Place patties on the bun and top with tomatoes onions and Pickles and serve
