Vegetable Ramen Noodle
After discovering her respect, and love for storytelling through multimedia, Jhanaya Belle became elated with how writers can deeply move their audience. The Brooklyn native and New School alumna is keen to add her contributions to the sphere of writing and storytelling, through journalist, radio/podcast host, and screenwriting. Ingredients
- 4 packets of Instant Ramen
- 10 - ounce bag frozen mixed Asian vegetables, thawed
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon grated garlic
- Soy Sauce, to taste
- Toasted Sesame oil, to taste
- 4 soft cooked eggs
- ½ cup fried shallots
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion bottoms

Instructions
Cook the Instant ramen according to the manufacturer’s instructions in a large saucepan. Add the Asian vegetables to the saucepan along with the ginger, garlic and Soy sauce. Add the sesame oil and serve into bowls with 1 soft, cooked egg, fried shallots and garnish with the green onions.
