After discovering her respect, and love for storytelling through multimedia, Jhanaya Belle became elated with how writers can deeply move their audience.

4 packets of Instant Ramen
10 - ounce bag frozen mixed Asian vegetables, thawed
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon grated garlic
Soy Sauce, to taste
Toasted Sesame oil, to taste
4 soft cooked eggs
½ cup fried shallots
2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion bottoms
Cook the Instant ramen according to the manufacturer’s instructions in a large saucepan. Add the Asian vegetables to the saucepan along with the ginger, garlic and Soy sauce. Add the sesame oil and serve into bowls with 1 soft, cooked egg, fried shallots and garnish with the green onions.
