Yellow Mustard Fried Chicken | Cooking Sessions

Instructions
Ingredients:- ½ dried Sage
- 2 tsp Poultry Seasoning
- ¾ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup yellow mustard
- 4 cups of AP flour
- 2 to 3 quarts of vegetable oil
- Fill Dutch oven halfway with vegetable oil and place over high heat
- Seasoned chicken with dry spices. (sage, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning). Then,coat thechicken with mustard.
- Next, dredge all the chicken in the flour. Place chicken in oil and allow to cook for 10 to15 minutes until chicken is golden brown.
- Remove from the oil and set aside on the tray with a draining rack
