Instructions
Ingredients:
- 4 oz of fresh brewed espresso
- 3 oz of vodka
- 1 tablespoon of simple syrup
- 2 tablespoons of finely grounds coffee
- 6 whole coffee beans for garnish
- 1 cup of ice cubes
Method:
- Place the finely chopped coffee grinds onto a small plate and set aside. Take another small plate with water and set aside.
- Fill a shaker with ice and then add all the liquid ingredients and vigorously shake until the shaker gets frosted.
- Place the rim of the martini glass into the plate with water. Immediately dip that rim into the place with the finely chopped coffee grounds.
- Pour martini into the glass garnish with coffee beans and serve
