Sage Brown Butter Recipe by Chef Ahki

Add this sage brown butter to Chef Ahki’s butternut squash vegan pasta recipe.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons coconut butter
- 10 small sage leaves
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- Freshly ground pepper
Instructions
In a medium skillet, cook the butter with the sage until the butter is fragrant and nutty, about 3 minutes. Turn heat off then mix in agave and freshly ground pepper. Pour mixture on a plate before placing your lasagna and then pour it on top of the lasagna if you’d like.
