Sauteed Broccoli with Onions and Garlic | Culture Kitchen

Instructions
Ingredients:
- 1- 2 lb bunch of fresh broccoli
- ½ stick of butter
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 3 cloves of fresh chopped garlic
- 1 medium onion thinly sliced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Place a medium - large stock pot filled with water over medium high heat and bring water to a boil. Add salt to the water and place broccoli into the pot and allow to cook for 2-3 minutes.
- While broccoli is cooking, place a large skillet over medium-high heat, add butter, onions, and garlic, and let that cook down for 2 minutes.
- Next, remove the broccoli from the hot water, and allow excess water the drain off and place broccoli, into the hot skillet and sauté with the onions and garlic for 2 minutes and serve.
