Shoestring Potatoes
Ingredients
- Shoestring Potatoes
- 2 large russet potatoes
- Oil for frying
- Kosher salt
- Ketchup for serving
Instructions
Add oil to a large heavy bottom pot and heat over medium high heat until oil reaches 350 degrees. Slice the fries into shoestring (thinly sliced) pieces and gently place in the oil and fry until they are golden brown and crispy. Drain on a paper towel lined plate, season with salt, and serve with ketchup!
