Farmer’s Market Salad with a Buttermilk and Herb Dressing Recipe, Just Eats ep. 531

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 16 cups spring mix salad
  • 1 cup grape cherries
  • 1 cup thinly sliced zucchini half moons
  • 1 cup thinly sliced yellow squash half moons
  • 1 Fuji apple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup roasted walnuts
  • 1⁄2 cup raisins
  • 2 cups diced roasted chicken
  • 1 cup Herbaceous Buttermilk Dressing, recipe below


  1. Combine everything in a large bowl and toss well to coat. Serve in chilled bowls.

For Herbaceous Buttermilk Dressing

  1. Combine everything but the buttermilk, seasoning and herbs and mix well. Whisk in the buttermilk until the dressing is smooth. Season to taste and stir in the chopped herbs.
