Herbaceous Cole Slaw | Just Eats with Chef JJ
Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) bag coleslaw (about 3 cups)
- 1large, slightly firm mango (about 1 pound), peeled, pitted and thinly sliced (about 1 cup)
- 1⁄4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss well to combine. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and use as needed.
