Herbaceous Cole Slaw recipe, Just Eats 528

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) bag coleslaw (about 3 cups)
  • 1large, slightly firm mango (about 1 pound), peeled, pitted and thinly sliced (about 1 cup)
  • 1⁄4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss well to combine. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and use as needed.
