Seared Branzino | Just Eats with Chef JJ

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. of branzino fillets with skin on
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place a cast iron pan or a skillet with olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Place three shallow cuts on the skin of the fish. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Place fish onto the hot skillet or grill pan and cook for 2 minutes until the skin is crispy. Turn the fish over and cook for another 2 minutes and serve.
