½ oz simple syrup (can be infused with rosemary or lavender)
4-6 drops of bitters
1-2 maraschino cherries
1 large ice cube
Orange peel
Instructions
In a rocks or Whiskey glass combine each of the liquids and stir with a
cocktail stirrer.
Add a large ice cube to your Whiskey glass. Pour the drink into your glass.
Garnish with cherries on a cocktail skewer (metal or bamboo). Wipe the rim of the glass with the orange peel and place on top of the ice cube for more
garnish!
