Yield: 4-6 servings

BBQ Sauce Ingredients:
1 cup tomato sauce
2 tbs honey
2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
½ tbs smoked paprika
½ tbs liquid smoke
1 ½ tbs brown sugar

Pineapple salsa ingredients:
1 bell medium pepper diced
1 medium onion diced
1 medium tomato diced
1 tbs jalapeno pepper diced
2 cups diced pineapples
½ tsp kosher salt

Ingredients for shrimp:
12 large or extra-large shrimp deveined (tails on)
2 tbs olive oil
1tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp kosher salt
½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Combine all the ingredients for the BBQ sauce in a bowl mix well until all ingredients and sugar is dissolved and mixture is smooth, then set aside. 2. In a separate medium sized bowl combine all the ingredients for the pineapple salsa, mix well and set aside. 3. Next, place a skillet over medium high heat and coat with olive oil. While pan is heating season the shrimp with salt, pepper and smoked paprika. 4. Once pan is hot, place shrimp in the pan for one minute then turn it over. Add the BBQ sauce mixture to the pan covering all shrimp cook for 1- 2 minutes. Remove shrimp from the sauce and set aside. 5. Take the remaining BBQ sauce from the pan and pour it into the pineapple salsa mixture. Stir until all the sauce and salsa are completely mixed. Scoop the salsa / BBQ sauce mixture into a bowl. Place the shrimp around the side of the bowl and serve
